The oldest and most widespread system for
processing EVA begins with sheets of compact material vulcanized on
vertical, multi-tier presses and sunsequently worked and shaped. It
involves an enormous loss of material waste which can reach peaks of
55% and further more it is impossible to obtain an accurate finished
product.Much labour is needed and the end product has a number of
shortcomings in the worked surfaces and complications with design.
Consequently it is not suited for the greater part of the footwear in
fashion this time. Owing to its limitations, the resulting product is
destined , for the most part, to theses domestic markets and, it
